Mater Dei Monarchs beat Rolling Hills Prep Huskies 57-51 in California high school basketball game

Mater Dei’s Devin Askew led the way with 18 points as the Monarchs beat Rolling Hills Prep Huskies 57-51 in a game at Mater Dei.

Askew’s points came on 5 field goals, 2 three pointers and 2 of 3 free throws during the game.

Chris Koon added 9. Rolling Hills Prep fell to 18-6 overall while Mater Dei improved their record to 24-3.

Rolling Hills Prep’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Saturday Jan. 26 at 3:30pm versus Venice. Mater Dei will host Harvard Westlake on Saturday Jan. 26 at 7:30pm.
