Mater Dei High School Quarterback Bryce Young accumulated 238 passing yards and threw for 3 touchdowns to lead Mater Dei Monarchs to a 38-24 win over St. John Bosco Braves on Friday night in a high school football game.

St. John Bosco’s Quarterback DJ Uiagalelei threw for 283 yards and 2 touchdowns, Running back Rayshon Luke picked up 50 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and Wide receiver Logan Loya had 109 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

Mater Dei travels to Bellflower, CA to face off against the St. John Bosco Braves on Friday October 25 at 7:30pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
