Madison crushes Bonita Vista 56-6

QB Mario Rodriguez had 82 passing yards and threw for 2 touchdowns to lead Madison to a 56-6 win over Bonita Vista on Friday night at Madison High School.

The Warhawks also recieved key efforts from RB Kenan Christon who rushed 3 times for 73 yards and 1 touchdown and LB Gabe Battaglia who rushed 7 times for 63 yards.

Bonita Vista’s Franklin Forbes threw for 87 yards and 1 touchdown, WR Thaj Stewart picked up 20 rushing yards and Roland Cota had 70 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

The win helps Madison improve to 3-0 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Madison will face off against the Dixie Flyers at home on Friday September 15 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.

Bonita Vista travels to San Diego, CA to take on the Point Loma Pointers on Friday September 15 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
