Madison cruises by Mount Miguel 48-12

WR Daniel Stokes accumulated 153 receiving yards and scored 3 touchdowns to lead Madison to a 48-12 win over Mount Miguel on Friday night at Madison High School.

The Warhawks also recieved crucial efforts from QB Mario Rodriguez who completed 5 passes for 166 yards and 4 touchdowns and RB Kenan Christon who rushed 9 times for 129 yards and 1 touchdown.

Mount Miguel’s QB Mugabe Miller threw for 161 yards and 2 touchdowns, RB Shemar Greene picked up 69 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and WR Jaheim Allen had 91 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

The win helps Madison improve to 5-0 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Madison will challenge the Cathedral Catholic Dons at home on Friday October 6 at 6:30pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.

Mount Miguel travels to Spring Valley, CA to take on the Monte Vista Monarchs on Friday October 6 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
