Loyola crushes St. Augustine 41-0

WR Dakota Smith had 94 rushing yards and scored 3 touchdowns to lead Loyola to a 41-0 win over St. Augustine on Friday night at Mesa College (San Diego, CA).

The Cubs also recieved impressive efforts from QB Miller Moss who completed 7 passes for 102 yards and 1 touchdown and WR Alexander Blake who caught 3 passes for 37 yards and 1 touchdown.

St. Augustine’s QB Ryan Thomas threw for 47 yards, RB DeAndre Daniels picked up 104 rushing yards and QB JR Justice had 18 receiving yards.

With the loss, St. Augustine falls to 1-2 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Loyola travels to Los Angeles, CA to take on the Cathedral Phantoms on Friday September 15 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
