Hamilton edges Taft 20-17

RB Isaac Randall had 100 rushing yards and scored 2 touchdowns to guide Hamilton to a 20-17 win over Taft on Friday night at Taft High School.

The Yankees also recieved vital efforts from WR Esau Pine who caught 2 passes for 55 yards and 1 touchdown and WR Quinn Rothman who completed 1 pass for 43 yards and 1 touchdown.

Taft’s QB Ryan Heath threw for 144 yards and 2 touchdowns, RB Palente Henry picked up 21 rushing yards and WR Justin Ogle had 123 receiving yards and 2 touchdowns.

The win helps Hamilton improve to 3-2 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Hamilton travels to Pacific Palisades, CA to face off against the Palisades Dolphins on Friday October 6 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.

Taft will face off against the Birmingham Patriots at home on Friday October 6 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
