Lawndale crushes Crespi 47-7

RB Jordan Wilmore accumulated 261 rushing yards and scored 4 touchdowns to guide Lawndale to a 47-7 win over Crespi on Friday night at Lawndale High School.

The Cardinals also recieved vital efforts from QB Jalen Hamler who completed 8 passes for 107 yards and 2 touchdowns and WR Anthony Williams III who caught 3 passes for 27 yards.

Crespi’s QB Diego Tapia threw for 76 yards, Romario Pizano picked up 32 rushing yards and TE Jackson White had 39 receiving yards.

With the loss, Crespi falls to 1-2 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Lawndale will challenge the Leuzinger Olympians at home on Friday September 15 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
