Loyola crushes Fairfax 45-13

RB Speed Fry picked up 86 rushing yards and scored 2 touchdowns to lead Loyola to a 45-13 win over Fairfax on Friday night at Loyola High School.

The Cubs also recieved crucial efforts from RB Jacob McBride who rushed 10 times for 81 yards and 1 touchdown and RB Mike Graves who rushed 11 times for 81 yards.

Fairfax’s WR Andrew Cox picked up 65 rushing yards.

The win helps Loyola improve to 1-0 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Loyola will take on the Santa Margarita Eagles at home on Friday September 1 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.

Fairfax will take on the West Adams Panthers at home on Thursday August 31 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
