St. Augustine cruises by Mission Bay 58-13

RB DeAndre Daniels had 94 rushing yards and scored 2 touchdowns to help St. Augustine to a 58-13 win over Mission Bay on Friday night at Mission Bay High School.

The Saints also recieved helpful efforts from QB Angelo Peraza who completed 6 passes for 68 yards and 2 touchdowns and RB Nick Marty who rushed 10 times for 62 yards and 1 touchdown.

Mission Bay’s WR Josh Buck threw for 112 yards and 2 touchdowns, Evan Aguon picked up 28 rushing yards and TE Wessly Danzy had 109 receiving yards and 2 touchdowns.

The win helps St. Augustine improve to 5-3 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

St. Augustine will challenge the Mira Mesa Marauders at home on Friday October 27 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.

Mission Bay will face off against the Morse Tigers at home on Friday October 27 at 6:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
