QB Zack Chevalier accumulated 131 passing yards and threw for 1 touchdown to guide Golden Valley to a 21-14 win over Crespi on Friday night.

The Grizzlies also received major efforts from RB Christopher Alcantar who rushed 20 times for 88 yards and WR Jonathan Aparicio who caught 4 passes for 93 yards.

Crespi’s QB Diego Tapia threw for 100 yards and 1 touchdown, RB Romario Pizano picked up 47 rushing yards and RB Michael Shirley had 43 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

With the loss, Crespi falls to 2-2 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
