St. Augustine crushes Lincoln 34-13

RB Cole Barry racked up 164 rushing yards and scored 3 touchdowns to guide St. Augustine to a 34-13 win over Lincoln on Friday night.

The Saints also received helpful efforts from QB Angelo Peraza who completed 8 passes for 137 yards and 1 touchdown and RB Byron Cardwell who rushed 21 times for 85 yards and 1 touchdown.

Lincoln’s SS Joseph Morales threw for 106 yards and RB Davion Chester picked up 75 rushing yards and 1 touchdown.

The win helps St. Augustine improve to 5-1 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

St. Augustine will take on the Cathedral Catholic Dons at home on Friday October 5 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
