Rancho Verde’s V Vargas led all scorers with 16 points as the beat Fallbrook 65-40 in a game at Murrieta Valley High School.”

Vargas’ points came on 2 field goals and 4 three pointers during the game.

Fallbrook was led by Jessica Wilbert’s 16 points and Cali Southwell added 8. Fallbrook fell to 1-6 overall while Rancho Verde improved their record to 0-0.

Fallbrook’s next game is scheduled to be played at Murrieta Valley High School on Thursday Dec. 29 at 7:00pm versus Elsinore.
