La Costa Canyon defeats Cathedral Catholic 55-46

La Costa Canyon’s Kaylee Berry led all scorers with 19 points as the Mavericks beat Cathedral Catholic 55-46 in a game at Tip-Off Classic.”

Berry’s points came on 6 field goals, 1 three pointer and 4 of 5 free throws during the game.

Cathedral Catholic was led by Mazzie Harris’ 16 points and Kayee Stiffler added 14. Cathedral Catholic fell to 0-0 overall while La Costa Canyon improved their record to 6-1.

La Costa Canyon will travel to Tip-Off Classic on Saturday Dec. 16 at 7:30pm to play Mount Miguel.
