Elkhart Memorial edges Mishawaka 57-55

Elkhart Memorial Guard Hank Smith led all scorers with 18 points as the Chargers beat Mishawaka 57-55 in a game at Mishawaka High School.”

Smith’s points came on 2 field goals, 4 three pointers and 2 of 4 free throws during the game.

Mishawaka was led by John Binion’s 16 points and A.J. Rosebush added 12. Mishawaka fell to 0-0 overall while Elkhart Memorial improved their record to 1-0.

Mishawaka’s next game is scheduled to be played at Goshen High School on Friday Dec. 1 at 4:45pm versus Goshen. Elkhart Memorial will travel to ECA on Tuesday Nov. 28 at 4:30pm to play Elkhart Christian Academy.
