New Palestine Dragons defeat Mt. Vernon Marauders 61-43 in Indiana high school basketball game

New Palestine’s Dylan Romine led all scorers with 23 points as the Dragons beat Mt. Vernon Marauders 61-43 in a game at Mt. Vernon High School.

Romine’s points came on 1 field goal, 5 three pointers and 6 of 6 free throws during the game.

Brandon Bell added 9. Mt. Vernon fell to 0-1 overall while New Palestine improved their record to 11-7.

Mt. Vernon’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Saturday Dec. 1 at 4:30pm versus Fishers. New Palestine will host Whiteland on Saturday Feb. 17 at 4:30pm.
