Edgewood defeats Mitchell 72-60

Edgewood’s Chayton Howard led the way with 17 points as the Mustangs beat Mitchell 72-60 in a game at Edgewood High School.”

Howard’s points came on 2 field goals, 1 three pointer and 10 of 11 free throws during the game.

Mitchell was led by Jarrett Phillips’ 20 points and peyton Moore added 18. Mitchell fell to 0-0 overall while Edgewood improved their record to 17-4.

Edgewood will travel to Greencastle High School on Tuesday Feb. 20 at 4:30pm to play Greencastle.
