North Daviess’ Kirk Wagler led all scorers with 16 points as the Cougars beat Clay City 53-32 in a game at GPB: North Daviess Jr/Sr. High School.”

Wagler’s points came on 6 field goals and 4 of 6 free throws during the game.

Clay City was led by Corbin Crosby’s 18 points and Nathan Owens added 5. Clay City fell to 0-0 overall while North Daviess improved their record to 6-5.

North Daviess will travel to Loogootee High School on Friday Jan. 5 at 4:30pm to play Loogootee.
