Tri Central’s Braxton Young led the way with 16 points as the Trojans beat Elwood Panthers 43-31 in a game at Elwood High School.

Young’s points came on 1 field goal, 2 three pointers and 8 of 10 free throws during the game.

Cole Courtney added 5. Elwood fell to 1-2 overall while Tri Central improved their record to 4-11.

Elwood’s next game is scheduled to be played at Oak Hill High School on Friday Feb. 15 at 4:30pm versus Oak Hill. Tri Central will travel to Clinton Prairie on Friday Feb. 15 at 4:30pm to play Clinton Prairie.
