Springs Valley Blackhawks edges Loogootee Lions 56-55 in Indiana high school basketball game

Springs Valley Guard Connor Nelson led the way with 13 points as the Blackhawks beat Loogootee Lions 56-55 in a game.

Nelson’s points came on 4 three pointers and 1 of 2 free throws during the game.

Silas Bauer added 9. Loogootee fell to 0-3 overall while Springs Valley improved their record to 1-0.

Loogootee’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Friday Dec. 21 at 7:30pm versus Washington. Springs Valley will host Shoals on Saturday Jan. 12 at 7:30pm.
