Welage’s points came on 5 field goals, 2 three pointers and 6 of 8 free throws during the game.

Jacob Brown added 15. Connersville fell to 1-0 overall while Greensburg improved their record to 8-0.

Connersville’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Saturday Jan. 19 at 4:30pm versus Batesville. Greensburg will host Shelbyville on Saturday Jan. 5 at 4:30pm.
