West Vigo Trojans defeat Sarah Scott Scotties 34-16 in Indiana middle school basketball game

West Vigo’s Karlea Funk led all scorers with 12 points as the Trojans beat Sarah Scott Scotties 34-16 in a game at Sarah Scott Middle School.

Funk’s points came on 5 field goals and 2 of 4 free throws during the game.

Aiyana Hanes added 4. Sarah Scott fell to 0-3 overall while West Vigo improved their record to 1-0.

Sarah Scott’s next game is scheduled to be played at Honey Creek on Thursday Feb. 7 at 3:00pm versus Honey Creek . West Vigo will host Sarah Scott on Wednesday Feb. 20 at 3:00pm.
