Southport Cardinals edges Franklin Community Grizzly Cubs 53-49 in Indiana high school basketball game

Southport’s Kyra Duncan led all scorers with 19 points as the Cardinals beat Franklin Community Grizzly Cubs 53-49 in a game.

Duncan’s points came on 6 field goals, 1 three pointer and 4 of 5 free throws during the game.

Hailee Robbins added 14. while Southport improved their record to 1-4.

Franklin Community’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Nov. 27 at 7:30pm versus Center Grove. Southport will travel to New Palestine High School on Saturday Nov. 10 at 4:30pm to play New Palestine.
