Waldron Mohawks defeat Shelbyville Golden Bears 44-35 in Indiana high school basketball game

Waldron Guard Morgan Wood led all scorers with 21 points as the Mohawks beat Shelbyville Golden Bears 44-35 in a game at Waldron High School.

Wood’s points came on 4 field goals, 2 three pointers and 7 of 11 free throws during the game.

Ryan Massey added 8. Shelbyville fell to 3-8 overall.

Shelbyville’s next game is scheduled to be played at home on Friday Dec. 21 at 4:30pm versus Guerin Catholic.
