Center Point Urbana’s Grant Dirks led all scorers with 18 points as the Stormin’ Pointers beat Marion 48-37 in a game at Marion.”

Dirks’ points came on 7 field goals, 1 three pointer and 1 of 1 free throws during the game.

Marion was led by Chase Zielke’s 16 points and Alex Whalen added 5. Marion fell to 11-5 overall while Center Point Urbana improved their record to 0-0.

Marion’s next game is scheduled to be played at Oelwein on Saturday Jan. 28 at 3:40pm versus Oelwein Varsity.
