Liberty North beats Northeast High 71-57

Liberty North’s James Perry led all scorers with 17 points as the Eagles beat Northeast High 71-57 in a game at Liberty North Invitational.”

Perry’s points came on 5 field goals, 1 three pointer and 4 of 6 free throws during the game.

Northeast High was led by Vince Smith’s 15 points and Michael Peake added 12. Northeast High fell to 0-1 overall while Liberty North improved their record to 1-0.

Northeast High’s next game is scheduled to be played at on Thursday Dec. 8 at 5:30pm versus Raymore Peculiar. Liberty North will host Shawnee Mission North on Thursday Dec. 8 at 8:30pm.
