Wylie East’s Xavier Hopkins led all scorers with 19 points as the Raiders beat Poteet Pirates 56-54 in a game at Poteet High School.

Hopkins’ points came on 4 field goals, 3 three pointers and 2 of 2 free throws during the game.

Mo Record added 11. Poteet fell to 9-13 overall.

Poteet’s next game is scheduled to be played at Mckinney North on Friday Nov. 16 at 5:00pm versus Mc Kinney North.
