Poteet’s Tyler Jones led all scorers with 17 points as the Pirates beat Rowlett Eagles 65-43 in a game at Rowlett.

Jones’ points came on 1 field goal and 5 three pointers during the game.

Torian Harris added 13. while Poteet improved their record to 1-0.

Poteet will travel to Garland on Tuesday Nov. 27 at 5:00pm to play Garland.
