Prosser beats Toppenish 24-10

RB JR Coleman accumulated 160 rushing yards and scored 3 touchdowns to help Prosser to a 24-10 win over Toppenish on Friday night at Wildcat Stadium.

The Mustangs also recieved crucial efforts from QB Will Weinmann who completed 9 passes for 118 yards and WR Chase Courtney who caught 5 passes for 88 yards.

Toppenish’s SHAUL threw for 93 yards, K Z picked up 7 rushing yards and t pay an had 76 receiving yards.

The win helps Prosser improve to 5-2 on the season while Toppenish falls to 4-2. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Prosser will challenge the Wapato Wolves at home on Friday October 20 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
