QB Zach Joss accumulated 109 passing yards and threw for 1 touchdown to guide Roosevelt to a 28-6 win over Cleveland on Friday night at Mem.Stad.
The Roughriders also recieved vital efforts from RB Robin Lyons-Santiago who rushed 23 times for 122 yards and RB Charlie Funk who rushed 8 times for 83 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Cleveland’s WR Gerome Tabasan threw for 49 yards, S Jahleel Brelan picked up 93 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and QB Kobe Jordan Elleby had 49 receiving yards.
The win helps Roosevelt improve to 2-1 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
