Mt. Spokane cruises by Damien 42-2

QB Brady Hill accumulated 201 passing yards and threw for 1 touchdown to guide Mt. Spokane to a 42-2 win over Damien on Friday night at Whitworth University.

The Wildcats also received helpful efforts from WR Tanner Brooks who caught 7 passes for 137 yards and 1 touchdown and SB Kannon Katzer who rushed 10 times for 130 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Damien’s RB Amo Sulu picked up 15 rushing yards.

The win helps Mt. Spokane improve to 1-0 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Mt. Spokane travels to Moses Lake, WA to face off against the Moses Lake Chiefs on Friday September 7 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
