Lewis & Clark crushes Davis 34-8

WR Keani Guthmueller had 113 rushing yards and scored 2 touchdowns to help Lewis & Clark to a 34-8 win over Davis on Friday night at Joe Albi Stadium.

The Tigers also received key efforts from QB Michael Flaherty who completed 8 passes for 103 yards and 2 touchdowns and CB Xavier Guillory who caught 4 passes for 90 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Davis’ QB Angel Amezola threw for 128 yards, PETER RAMIREZ picked up 28 rushing yards and WR Estevan Gonzalez had 55 receiving yards.

The win helps Lewis & Clark improve to 2-0 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Lewis & Clark will take on the Davis Pirates at home on Friday September 7 at 7:30pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.

Davis travels to Moses Lake, WA to challenge the Moses Lake Chiefs on Friday September 21 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
