Nooksack Valley Guard Devin Coppinger led all scorers with 23 points as the Pioneers beat Sedro-Woolley Cubs 60-8 in a game at Sedro Woolley High School.

Coppinger’s points came on 7 field goals and 3 three pointers during the game.

Heather Vanderbeek added 8. Sedro Woolley fell to 0-1 overall while Nooksack Valley improved their record to 3-1.

Sedro Woolley’s next game is scheduled to be played at on Wednesday May. 26 versus Ferndale. Nooksack Valley will host Bellingham on Wednesday May. 26
