Southridge Suns beat Rogers Pirates 47-37 in Washington high school basketball game

Southridge’s Americus Griffiths led all scorers with 11 points as the Suns beat Rogers Pirates 47-37 in a game.

Griffiths’ points came on 2 field goals, 1 three pointer and 4 of 6 free throws during the game.

Regina Flemming added 9. Rogers fell to 0-9 overall while Southridge improved their record to 4-4.

Rogers’ next game is scheduled to be played at home on Friday Jan. 4 at 5:30pm versus Mead. Southridge will host Chiawana on Saturday Jan. 5 at 5:45pm.
