PORT ARTHUR, Texas — Fort Bend Hightower's dominant defense and relentless rushing attack helped propel the Hurricanes past the Port Arthur Memorial Titans for a 24-21 road win in the bi-district round of the Class 5A Division I Texas high school football playoffs and showdown between two of the top 5A teams in Southeast Texas on Friday night at Port Arthur Memorial Stadium.
