Look: Highland Park stuns McKinney on last-second field goal in Texas high school football playoffs
Highland Park pulled off a thrilling victory in the area round of the Texas high school football playoffs Friday, hitting a game-winning field goal as time expired to take down McKinney.
The Scots trailed by 15 points at halftime but stormed back in the second half to defeat the Lions, 22-21. After the game-winning field goal went through the uprights with no time left on the clock, Highland Park's entire team rushed the field in celebration.

Highland Park is set to take on Southlake Carroll next week in the UIL 6A D1 regional semifinals. The Dragons defeated Frenship, 49-7, in their area round matchup on Thursday night.
Keller Holmes rushed for two touchdowns for Highland Park, which fell behind 21-6 by halftime.
