FEDERAL WAY, Wash. - Kennedy Catholic is singing a tune it knows well - "How to Break Hearts in the 4A NPSL."

Devon Forehand threw two touchdown passes, Xe’ree Alexander had a pair of scoring runs and the Lancers defeated Federal Way, 40-8, to take full control in their pursuit of a fourth consecutive 4A NPSL championship.
