Dodgers News: Brusdar Graterol Does Something For the First Time in His Career with LA's Season on the Line

The "Bazooka" lays it all on the line for his team in the NLDS.

Early in NLDS Game 2, with the season seemingly on the line, righty reliever Brusdar Graterol went above and beyond for his team and did something he's never done in his major league career. The Bazooka came on in relief of Bobby Miller and for the first time ever pitched in parts of three separate innings.

Making it slightly less impressive is the fact that his pitch count over his first two innings (or 4 batters, really) was really low, as Mike DiGiovanna noted in the above Tweet.

Graterol gave his team all he had while their championship hopes were seemingly on the line. Bobby Miller allowed three runs in his first inning of work and left more traffic on the bases when he was pulled in favor of Graterol with two outs in the second inning.

Graterol gave way to Ryan Brasier after allowing his first baserunner on a walk in the fourth inning.
