Spring Training has brought forth a lot of first looks for your Boys In Blue. With some key injuries, certain players have gotten an opportunity to showcase their skills, and this season will be an interesting one with LA's youth movement.

Players have also been able to start getting comfortable with the MLB's new reality of shift bans, larger bases, and most notably: a pitch clock. This new pitch clock has successfully sped up games, which is exactly what the committee was looking for, but pitchers have had to adjust super fast and many individuals have been highly critical of this latest change.

Among these names that are not a fan is Dodgers shortstop Miguel Rojas, but he doesn't enjoy the clock for a different reason. Rojas joined Chris Rose of Talking Sports and expressed exactly why he feels this new aspect of the game isn't necessary.

"I hate it man," said Rojas. "I don't think it's necessary to make the pitcher throw the pitch under 15 or 20 seconds. I think it could have been a little bit better if we have the clock but the clock stops as soon as the pitcher starts the motion. Do you know how hard it is to be eight seconds just waiting for the guy to deliver the ball? You get tired."

Rojas mainly pointed out the pitch clock as a distraction for him at times and fears that opposing teams will learn how to use this to their advantage when he is at bat, as they have already begun in Spring Training.

These next few months will be important for everybody to get acclimated to the new rule and see if it is something beneficial long-term.
