Dodgers Reveal New Slogan for 2023 Season and It's a Bit Bland

Every year, the Dodgers come up with their season's motto and this year just didn't seem to impress many.

You might remember "It's an LA Thing" being the slogan of the year for 2020 as the Dodgers went on to win the World Series amidst the COVID-shortened season.

Or this previous year's iconic "Always LA" which was translated into many different languages over the course of the season.

This weekend, the Dodgers revealed their 2023 slogan which is "Here to Play."

And it didn't seem to appeal to many LA fans...

And I could probably go on and on but you get the idea. I get it, the Dodgers seem to be rocking with the youth movement so let the "kids play" but really their focus should be on winning games not just playing them.

In other news, the Dodgers officially kick off Spring Training two weeks from Sunday! Make sure to secure your tickets for Camelback Ranch soon to see your favorite players back in action.

Also, eight Dodgers will be making appearances in the World Baseball Classic this year which is set to kick off on Tuesday, March 7 through the 21st.

Then after a long winter, our Boys in Blue will take the field for Opening Day on March 30 against the Arizona Diamondbacks. It will be the first time they play a season opener in Dodger Stadium since 2020.

And we know how the 2020 season ended...so let's just hope they have a similar season.
