Dodgers vs. Athletics: How to Watch, Predictions, and More

Dodgers look to remain unbeaten in Cactus League play.

The Los Angeles Dodgers welcome the Oakland Athletics to Camelback Ranch on Sunday afternoon.

Kyle Hurt gets the start on the mound in what should be the start of his push to make the Opening Day roster. The Dodgers used Hurt in two innings last season, and his performance left fans yearning for more. He struck out three of the six batters he faced.

Also getting his first Cactus League start is veteran outfielder Jason Heyward.

The rest of the lineup is similar to Friday's against the San Diego Padres.

How to Watch

SportsNet LA will broadcast the game with the first pitch slated for 12:10 p.m. PT. Dodgers Radio 570 AM will provide the only radio broadcast for this game.

Predictions

The Dodgers are three games in and arrived at a camp earlier than the rest of the league. With this being Oakland's second game and first action for their lineup, the Dodgers should be able to handle the A's just fine.

Dodgers win this one 8-2.

More

Miguel Vargas is looking to find his way onto the Opening Day roster and had an impressive game on Friday. He was 2-for-3 with a double and a run scored.

He also made a couple of nice plays in left field, which is a new position for him. He returns to the lineup for another outing in the outfield on Sunday.
