MLB Insider Provides Huge Update on Dodgers Free Agent Target Yoshinobu Yamamoto

This is huge news.

Dodgers free agent target Yoshinobu Yamamoto has his post date set. ESPN insider Buster Olney reported that Yamamoto will officially be posted on Monday, Nov. 20, meaning his negotiating window with MLB teams will start the very next day on Tuesday, Nov. 21.

This is a huge update, as we've been waiting to hear the exact date Yamamoto would be posted and eligible to speak to MLB teams.

The Dodgers are expected to be one of the more aggressive teams going after Yamamoto, who's won three straight Sawamura awards as the best pitcher in the NPB.

He's still just 25 years old, and has the potential to be the ace of an MLB team for the next decade.

Yamamoto is going to have his fair share of suitors, as likely a dozen teams will be going after him and have the means to pay him the potential $200 million contract he deserves.

But the Dodgers are sure to be among the most aggressive teams, as they'd love the idea of signing both Yamamoto and Shohei Ohtani, and having them headline their team for the next decade.

Starting Tuesday, we'll have some real news regarding Yamamoto's free agency. This should be a lot of fun.
