Watch This Incredible Angle of Yoshinobu Yamamoto's Range of Pitches at Dodgers Camp

The rookie made a lot of noise on Saturday.

Dodgers rookie right-hander Yoshinobu Yamamoto made a lot of noise at camp on Saturday. It was announced early in the morning that he would be facing off against some of the better hitters that Los Angeles has to offer in live batting practice.

Yamamoto didn't disappoint and even received praise from some of his teammates for his performance. Freddie Freeman called him "nasty" and that he was glad that he didn't have to face him in a real game.

The Japanese pitching sensation is expected to make his mark with the Dodgers quite quickly this season, and fans are rightfully excited. We got to see a cool angle of Yamamoto pitching, and it showed a nice range of what he has to offer.

The Dodgers front office is extremely high on Yamamoto, and they believe he can be a cornerstone for the team moving forward. It's why they signed him to a 12-year, $325 million contract this offseason, which is the largest total deal in MLB history for a pitcher.

Despite him never throwing a pitch in the big leagues, the Dodgers felt comfortable handing him this massive deal. He has all the tools to succeed in the major leagues and should only get better with time.

Fans got a glimpse of what to expect from Yamamoto this season and beyond, giving everyone hope for what is to come.
