The return of Phoenix Suns forward Kevin Durant is here.

After not playing since Jan. 8 due to a sprained MCL, Durant will make his debut with the team in a road game against the Charlotte Hornets

Durant was rumored to return last Friday against the Oklahoma City Thunder, but he sat out both that contest and Sunday's loss to the Milwaukee Bucks (oddly enough, Durant will make his home debut against the Thunder when Phoenix returns from their road trip.

"I feel great, I'm looking forward to getting this opportunity to play again," Durant said (h/t Duane Rankin).

"It's been a long time. I was having fun out there before I got injured, so I'm looking forward to going out there and picking up where I left off. I know it's not going to be that smooth - it's going to take me some time to get used to everything. But as far as just having fun and getting lost in the game, I'm looking forward to doing that again."

The Suns hope to continue their winning ways with just 20 games left in the regular season. Sitting at 33-29, Phoenix is the West's current No. 3 seed.
