Alabama stays at No. 1 in the polls

Crimson Tide will head to Texas A&M as the unanimous top-ranked team in college football

Even though it was on a bye this past week, Alabama strengthened its position at No. 1. 

The Crimson Tide went from having 29 first-place votes in the coaches' poll to receiving 40 of 65 first-place votes. 

It also gained three first-place votes in the AP Top 25.
