The Alabama women's basketball reached 20 regular season wins for the first time in 25 years when they defeated Vanderbilt on Thursday night. Aaliyah Nye led the way with 17 points for the Crimson Tide.

On This Day in Crimson Tide History:

February 17, 1966: Ken Meyer was promoted to offensive coordinator, replacing Howard Schnellenberger, who joined George Allen's Los Angeles Rams' staff. Meyer came to Tuscaloosa from Florida State in 1963.
