Brady Prieskorn has narrowed his list of schools to eight, and that included the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Prieskorn is a consensus 4-star recruit out of Rochester, Mich., who plays for Adams High School. He is 6 feet, 6 inches and 225 pounds, and is the No. 3 tight end prospect and No. 2 player in the state of Michigan.

In addition to Alabama, Prieskorn included Tennessee, Penn State, Georgia, Miami, Ohio State, Ole Miss and in-state Michigan.

Very few schools can compete with Alabama in terms of recruiting prowess, but Jim Harbaugh's program is one of them. The Wolverines are one of college football's premier programs who just made the College Football Playoff. Furthermore, pulling Prieskorn from an in-state program of that caliber will be a major challenge for Nick Saban and Co.

Still, with the recent offer to Caleb Odom, Alabama appears to take the tight end position to the next level, specifically in the passing game. And Prieskorn is definitely a threat in the passing game.
