Class of 2024 offensive lineman from Calvary Christian High School in Clearwater, Florida Joseph Ionata joined "The Joe Gaither Show on BamaCentral" on Thursday as we strive to meet all of Alabama's future stars.

Ionata told the audience about the signature look he's developed as his luscious locks were on display for the Youtube audience. What made him decide to grow his hair long?

We learned the importance of faith in the offensive lineman's life as Ionata outlined his Christian walk and how that's helped develop him to this point.

He's embraced a bit of a recruiting role for Alabama, as the first offensive lineman to commit to the Crimson Tide in the class. Gaither and Ionata reacted to Wednesday night's news that Casey Poe is joining him at the Capstone to play on the line.

Calvary Christian had a successful season in 2022, going 10-3 and earning two victories over rival Berkeley Prep. Ionata discussed those wins as he had a high-profile matchup with current Crimson Tide freshman Keon Keely.

Which programs were pursuing Ionata before Alabama came along? How did Eric Wolford play into his recruitment and what goes down at an Alabama summer camp?

Check out the interview to hear what company the 6-4, 295-pounder would like an NIL deal with in the future, his "unique" gameday ritual and what he wants to do with life after football.
