Where Alabama Softball is Ranked After Week 9

The Crimson Tide moved up in the polls after collecting its first SEC series win.

Alabama softball picked up its first SEC series win of the season over the weekend, and did so in emphatic fashion with a sweep over Ole Miss. The Crimson Tide is now .500 in SEC play with four series to go.

It was a crazy weekend around college softball with No. 1 Oklahoma dropping its first conference series in over a decade to rival Texas on the road. Florida took two of three games from LSU, and Tennessee confirmed its spot as the best team in the SEC with a series win over Georgia.
