Recruiting Expert: 'If they don't get him, I will be shocked'

Could Auburn be close to landing their second offensive lineman of the 2024 class?
Favour Edwin has been predicted to end up in Auburn's class over the past few weeks by a handful of reporters.
Auburn Daily's Brian Smith spoke about him on the Locked On Auburn Podcast. He reflected on his conversation with Edwin from Saturday. He thinks the Tigers are in the driver's seat.
"If they don't get him, I will be shocked," Smith said. "I will be shocked. I asked him about his visit situation and I had no idea. I hadn't looked it up. And he said he had like three visits kind of lined up for December and then he broke into another party, goes it takes so much time to take these visits."
Florida, Alabama, and Clemson are all trying to get more time with the six-foot-six, 300-pound offensive lineman from Eagles Landing Christian Academy in Georgia. Smith shared that he wouldn't be shocked if he didn't take all of the upcoming visits that he has scheduled.
"I don't know if he's going to take any of like he's kind of over it and he just really likes Auburn," Smith said of Edwin's visits. "Maybe he takes one, but I think the Tigers are the most likely destination."
Auburn is looking for another offensive lineman to join DeAndre Carter in the 2024 class.
