Cincinnati Slight Favorites Against Utah Valley In Tightest 2022-23 Betting Spread

Oddsmakers aren't sold on either side of Wednesday's matchup.

CINCINNATI — UC basketball travels to Orem, Utah for the NIT Quarterfinals and is a one-point favorite against Utah Valley with a total set at 149 points.

This is the tightest projected matchup of the season for UC as sportsbooks have fluctuated between one point to UC and one point to UVU.

Both Cincinnati (21-11 against the spread, 10th nationally) and UVU (21-9 ATS, fifth nationally) are top-10 cover teams nationally, with the Wolverines' 10-4 ATS at home.

UC is just 6-6 ATS on the road.

It's another chance for this program to get valuable, high-intensity road game experience. They are going to need every minute of it when forecasting those tough Big 12 environments moving forward.

Utah Valley has covered four of its past five games as it gets ready to play Cincinnati for the second time in program history.
